Synopsis of Immunological Therapy in Dermatology 1st/2024

Busy Practitioners do not find much time to go into details of pharmacology, mechanism of actions, etc. Hence this book will be helpful to many dermatologists while using drugs.

Disease is the manifestation of interplay between effects of known/unknown external and internal factors. There is need for drug to control deranged immunity. Four major groups of drugs are:

(I) Corticosteroids, (ii) immunosuppressant or cytotoxic drugs, (iii) biologics and (iv) small molecules (JAK/STAT inhibitors).
